Famous logo

Hey there it's Simply, Ann and this week we got the opportunity to re-create a famous logo. For my  logo I chose the infamous Adidas design. I favor this logo because i admire how sleek, and simple it is. I enjoy the unqie way in which all of the letters are lower case. To do our logo we had to find a tutorial on it , the tutorial I watch showed me that that simple design can be a little tricky. When i watch the tutorial i found out that those effortless looking words are actually hand made instead of an actual font that utilizes the type tool in illustrator. When looking at this logo i appeal to the color, in this logo i see them using black as a color of empowerment, that you can accomplish anything. I did some digging and found out that the simple three stripes shape formed by bars representa a mountain , symbolic of the obstacles athletes must overcome to reach their goals. When i read this it made me want to purchase more adidas products so may be i can achieve my goals, thanks for reading
