e-Comm Reflection

 What did I learn?

 

 

In e-Comm this year i learned mutliple things. First i learned simple things such as how to turn on the Mac computer. Throughout the program i learned things for each strand that i never knew. For example for my first rotation animation i learned how to construct my own moving object on photoshop. For Video i learn how to set up a tri-stand, and film with and iPad. In video i learned rules to help guide me through filming, I also learn how to edit on the program final cut pro. In graphic design i learned how to evaluate colors and what , how they make me feel and apply it to my work. I also learned the meaning of shapes and how to use it when creating my logo. Overall besides what i learn in my strands, through e-Comm i have learned communication skills and how to work with a group.

How did I learn it

 

I learn mostly by listening to the teachers. In e-Comm we are allowed to have a lot of freedom to explore so some of the stuff I learned was self taught. I also stayed after to get help, and I wrote many notes. Another way I learn was through the help of other students.

 

Why is it important?

 







This is important because I can use these skills to help greater my future in the program. I can grow with this and use these skills for potential jobs and careers. This program allows me to adapt social and communicative skills that I can have with me. It also helps better me for professional situations.

 

Strengths and weaknesses

 

I have improved greatly through the years yet I still have my weaknesses. Some of my weaknesses include time management, I usually struggle with short deadlines but I hope to improve throughout the rest of the years. Another weakness I have is trying complex things, I tend to go for the easier things which I plan to change. Strengths that I have is mostly with communication. I can work well with others. I can also strategizes and help solve problems.

 

Changes

 

Changes I would do is definitely doing more complex things. I would also add more of my personality in my projects so when people look at my design they could tell it's me on spot. Lastly I would change the time we would have to do a certain thing to help save time in our group projects.

 

Overall

 

Overall I am so appreciative that I could be apart of such a great program. I am glad that I could learn everything I did in the school year. Through this program I made many friends that I relate to. I've learned to become a better public speaker so thanks e-Comm, and thanks for reading.
