Hey there it's Simply, Ann and for this blog i am going to be talking about my video experiences. For this week our video was to create an Interview that was between 60-90 seconds describing our summer. In this project I had two partners because there was an uneven number of us students in the classroom. My partners were Brisa and Shelby. I already knew these girls before olathe northwest because we all went to the same middle school, but i moved after the first year. This project allowed me to rekindle our relationship. I also learn a lot of new things about them. With Brisa I discovered how optimistic im addition to energetic she is. With Shelby i discovered how determine she is with her craft.Along with filming this video, we also had to create a voice over. This wasn't really difficult at all because we did voiceovers last year. I recorded mine like most of my class, on the phone. I used the voice memo app and recorded in my current math teachers room because she didn't have a class the hour we were filming. I only had to film my voiceover twice before i had a good one.
Filming the actual video was really fun, especially with my two partners. The day before we started shooting, we had everything planned out. We really wanted the room connecting all of the e-Comm rooms because it had a couch and created a chill, relaxed mood in which we were trying to incorporate in our videos. The challenge was we weren't the only ones who wanted that room, many of our peers also had the same idea. So when it was the day to film we had Brisa secure our place and sit on the couch, while Shelby and I races down to be first so we could hurry up and film. When we got to the room my partners weren't the only ones there. We had to shoo off at least 4 groups off. The first day of filming we filmed like we were on a newscast to introduce our interview. The second day we filmed me answering both Shelby's and Brisa's questions. You could say we had a lot of fun with the video, we danced and had a lot of giggles, as shown in the bloopers of Shelby's video. The last day we did Shelby's interview, and started editing . When I finished editing my video i was pretty confident in my video sense we just started premiere and I don't know to much about it. My video also has that chilled mood that I wanted.
