Wave Project

Hey there, it's Simply Ann and recently I went to Indian Creek elementary school for a physic  project. The task was for us to split up into teams to design a project that would explore the application of waves in our environment. While creating this project we had to answer various questions such as, what is light? As well as how do waves transfer energy and information?  Since it was the beginning of the year when we first started this project I was unfamiliar with everyone in the class. My physics teacher, Mrs.Wingfield  helped us group together based on what we were interested in. I was interested in sound waves so my teacher grouped me up with Emily.Then Mrs.Wingfield introduces us to Mekdes and Kineisha who also shared the same ideas. Lastly we added Rowan and kylee because of their knowledge on coding games. This led us to our driving question which was how can we as students create a game to help elementary students better understand waves? Our group work very well together, our teacher often forgot to check up on us because of how seamless we were. After weeks of planning ,coding, and researching it was time to present our game. The whole experience was absolutely unforgettable. It was really cool to see the kids playing something that we've be en working and putting together for a month. Thanks for reading
